Mamisoa Raveloaritiana is a translator for Global Voices in Malagasy. Her translation of the story “Bridging the funding gap for women entrepreneurs in Nigeria” from English to Malagasy has been nominated for the Lingua Translation Spotlight.

Once a quarter, Lingua Translation Managers select one or two outstanding translations that deserve a special round of applause. Zo Andriamifidisoa, one of the Malagasy Lingua Translation Managers at Global Voices, celebrated Mamisoa's contributions as the Malagasy team's most prolific translator in addition to her work for the French Lingua team.
