Claudio Gobbo is a translator for Global Voices in Esperanto. His translation of the story “Desde Colombia: Un manifiesto de amor para todos los vivientes” from Spanish to Esperanto has been nominated for the Lingua Translation Spotlight.
Once a quarter, Lingua Translation Managers select one or two outstanding translations that deserve a special round of applause. Herman Dekeŭnink, an Esperanto Translation Manager at Global Voices, highlighted the “easy language used in the article about extraordinary and innovative research.”
