Luiza Diana Sescu is a translator for Global Voices in Romanian. Her translation into Romanian of the Spanish-language story “Las niñas triunfan: ONU condena a Ecuador y Nicaragua por maternidades forzadas” — using an English-language translation as a bridge — has been nominated for the Lingua Translation Spotlight.
