Anastasiia Yakovenko is a volunteer for Global Voices in Ukrainian. Her translation of the story “Jamaican Safiya Sinclair, author of ‘How to Say Babylon,’ reflects on her journey” from English to Ukrainian has been nominated for the Lingua Translation Spotlight.
